I was just listening to the Guide to Medicine again, and realised this was one story (Steve told briefly) that I never thought to try and look up until now.
I think it's Karl that brings up 'being payed to have stuff tested on you an' that', so Steve recounts a story he read in the paper I would guess. Shame it's the DailyMail, but still, makes a change from stories about hating minorities
