I don't think anyone has started a thread on this so here goes. I don't know about you but I find Karls upbringing a facinating subject. I thought people could share stories on the characters and stories.
I'll start and all I'm going to say is big heads and webbed hands.

If you leaned on the wall in Karls' school, your elbow would go through the flimsy plastering.

Hah, I'd love to see Karl's school. Of course I'd be wearing a bio-hazard suit if ever I visit.
I have to say I think one of the oddest characters he mentions in one of the podcasts is miss piggy. She rode a three wheeler bike and sat her husband in the back. Karls dad and his mate dressed as policemen once as she was tight to her husband. She also used to nick biscuits from quicksave and if anyone went up to stop her she got a mirror out and shouted at you through the mirror.
I don't blame Karl for being afraid of her.

I always wanted to know about when he sold fish, he once listed a number of jobs he had when he was younger, but never eleborated on it sadly.
Still, paper round beats all..... apparently.

Well when Karl's older he'll probably go back to the paper round which would just be the best.  Oh, and he'll be part time at B&Q |
