2 kids with the big heads and webbed hands (do they count as 2?), pigeon-chested kid, people with the big eyelids and spudhead.
Another two who are a bit mental but may not count as freaks are the screaming woman who buys a yorkie and some ear buds and the mental homeless woman with a bucket with a face on it.

The kids may count as one, but you got enough freaks anyway so ti doesn't matter too much.
You could also have chosen (among others) the women elephant man, who head a head like a bag of spuds.
Ok next question: What would Karl do/be doing if he was a slug, a spider and a flea?
Three part question that one, some parts slightly more difficult than others.

I did say Spudhead. I love the bit when Ricky goes mad because Karl won't say what his dad calls her then he finally says that. The way he says it is just hilarious.
Slug: Eating the glue off of stamps/letters.
Spider: Waiting at the bottom of a pool holding his breath and waiting for a kid to come near him.
Flea: Looking at the timetable before getting on a Virgin train to Glasgow to put his brain back in his own body.

Oh yeah so you did (about the spudhead thing) woops, and yeah the 'TELL ME WHAT SHE WAS CALLED' haha brilliant.
With the animals, the Flea one is correct, but at separate times Ricky actually asks Karl what he would do, if he had to be a spider, then what if he was a slug. It was more specifically about what Karl says HE would do if he was one, rather than what the real ones (supposedly) do.
